Condominium Review

Dane County Planning and Development reviews all condominium instruments with the intent to coordinate public safety and property records related information. Review Process

Please submit the following via digital copy to condoreview@danecounty.gov or paper copy to 210 MLK Jr Blvd, Rm 116:

• Condominium Instrument (declaration and plat; addendums or amendments)
• Condominium Instrument Review Application
• Digital Review Stamp
  • Required on the first page of all condominium instruments (declaration, plat, addendum, amendment)
• Appropriate Fees: $165 base fee + $25/unit ($1000 maximum)
  • 10 day review period begins upon submission of payment
  • Payment may be made via check payable to Dane County Treasurer or credit card through Square (invoice must be requested via phone at 608-266-4266 or email at condoreview@danecounty.gov)
