Condominium Review

Beginning August 13, 2007, Dane County Planning and Development will be performing condominium review. The hope is to better coordinate public safety and property records related information. The review is based on Chapter 703, Wisconsin Statutes. For questions, please call (608) 261-9750 or e-mail condoreview@danecounty.gov

Review Process
Prior to submitting materials for review, make sure you have everything you'll need to initiate the process. Please bring the following:

• Condominium Instrument (declaration and plat)
• Condominium Coversheet
• Appropriate Fees ~ $165 base fee + $25/unit ($1000 maximum)

• Make Check Payable To Dane County Treasurer, electronic payment is available through Square (call 608-266-4266 or email plandev@danecounty.gov )

• Digital review stamp
  • Should be placed clearly on the first page of the declaration and plat

COMING SOON: Online application submittal - the condominium coversheet and uploading of the condominium instrument will soon be possible. There will be an additional fee for online submittal.
